Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, and engaging content following an active learning and project-based assessment approach.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with current culinary/hospitality industry standards, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and academic teams to create effective, and engaging learning materials.
  • Prepare learning resources suitable for contact delivery, ensuring clarity, structure, and accessibility for all learners.

 

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in content development within a tertiary educational environment (please submit a sample of previously developed content).
  • Strong culinary and/or hospitality background with significant hands-on experience in the industry (relevant culinary and/or hospitality qualifications and experience are essential).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex culinary concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating high-quality educational materials that drive student success.
